5 Tips for a Day at Disneyland Resort with your Toddler

There’s nothing quite like making memories with your little ones at Disneyland Resort and Disney California Adventure. Here are five helpful tips to ensure that you get the most out of your magical time with your toddler.

Tip #1: Map out your routine and button up.

Be sure to pick up a Park map and a free button. These buttons are a great way to make your toddler feel special, whether it’s their first visit, birthday, or a reward. You can pick up a button at most stores, the Chamber of Commerce, or City Hall.

Tip #2: Remember the bare necessities.

Grab a backpack and stock it with the essentials, such as a water bottle, an autograph book, and snacks. Don’t forget to download the official app of the Disneyland Resort to check wait lines and height restrictions.

Tip #3: Make meals magical.

Add some extra magic with a reservation at one of Disneyland’s character dining locations. Your little ones will love meeting their favorite Disney characters!

Tip #4: Don’t forget the Baby Center.

If you’re looking for nursing rooms, little potties, or pretty much any amenities for parents, you can find them at the Baby Care Center, located at both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure.

Tip #5: Explore together.

Let your little ones explore! There are many toddler-friendly attractions, including King Arthur’s Carousel in Fantasyland, Mickey’s Toontown, Ariel’s Undersea Adventure in Paradise Pier, and many more.

Have a magical day!
