Raleigh Fine Arts Society announces the 2016 North Carolina Artists Exhibition, opening Mar. 6 at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts. Juror, Bradley Sumrall, Chief Curator and Collections Manager of the Ogden Museum of Southern Art in New Orleans will present the Juror’s Lecture at 4pm in Meymandi Hall, followed by the Awards Ceremony, reception and opening of the exhibition in the adjoining Betty McCain Gallery. Lecture, reception and exhibition are free and open to the public. Art can be viewed Mar. 6-Apr. 28 at the Duke Energy Center during performances, or by special arrangements with the Duke Energy Center security office. All art is available for purchase.
