While this jam welcomes musicians of all skill levels to participate, it is not a learning jam (often referred to as a “slow jam” in bluegrass circles). The jam is still a great place for musicians to meet and get to know each other. Listeners are welcome too! The PineCone Bluegrass Jam is sponsored by Terrapin, which donates $ 1 to PineCone for every pint of Terrapin Rye Pale Ale sold during the jam.
