Head butcher Steve Goff, with Standard Foods, will hold a butchering demonstration, followed by a behind the scenes tour of Standard Foods’ kitchen for a techniques class! At the end, the guests will dine together for a nice supper. This event focuses on lamb, and a supper that includes sweet potatoes and Virginia lamb with wine.
