Come join us at Apex Fine Wine for a night of Champagne tasting and delicious hors d’oeuvres! Billecart-Salmon will provide a Champagne seminar conducted by one of their representatives accompanied by six different varietals to taste. Hors d’oeuvres will be provided by award-winning catering company Donovan’s Dish, whose commitment to fresh ingredients and local sourcing promises to be a gastronomic delight for the evening. Billecart-Salmon remains one of the most famous and famously consistent and elegant Champagne houses. People flock to their wonderful Rose – but their other cuvees merit equal attention. Founded in 1818, it now stands as the oldest continuously family owned and operated house in Champagne. It is currently managed by the seventh generation brothers Francois and Antoine Roland-Billecart. Tickets are $ 55 per person, and are available at the website.
