An intimate five-course meal hosted in Shaw University’s historic 1855 Rogers-Bagley-Daniels-Pegues House will highlight the work of the Raleigh Food Corridor and their efforts to promote access to nutrition in diverse downtown Raleigh communities. This “moving feast", carefully prepared by local chefs Angela Salamanca of Centro and Ryan McGuire of the Chefs Academy, will unfold room by room within the recently renovated Daniels House and introduce guests to “hyper-local” food grown in downtown Raleigh.
