Microwave Mug Pumpkin Pie in 3 Minutes

Microwave Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

1 egg
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons condensed milk
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs
Whipped cream

Directions

  1. In a microwave-safe mug, mix together egg, pumpkin, condensed milk, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt until smooth. Clean the edges of the cup and microwave on high for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the center is no longer liquid.
  2. Carefully remove the mug from the microwave as it will be hot and garnish with graham cracker crumbs, whipped cream, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
